Who Is Frank Becker?

After graduating from school, he volunteered to study with the German Armed Forces. During his service, he came into contact with a small group of young men, from which one of the first startups developed in 1987-88. Without a plan, just with what was then a brilliant idea from one of the young men, they started from scratch the first independent consulting firm in the financial services sector. Everything had to be developed from the idea to practice. Frank Becker actively accompanied the establishment and development of the company and the now recognized job description of a specialist in financial services. He was able to experience all the highs and lows of building a company himself, which is the basis of his enormous practical experience, he know’s also all facets of the sales trade, first in sales himself and later as sales director and manager of several hundred sales representative in the field. At the same time, he used all the opportunities for training and further education for himself and numerous diplomas and degrees in the areas of training and motivation, communication, leadership and leadership development, as well as sales, his licenses as a Structogram® trainer deserve special mention.

After the start-up had established over 6000 sales representatives and 250 offices in 10 years, Frank Becker fulfilled his childhood dream and emigrated to Florida in the USA with his family in January 2000. Here he started and set up a consulting company for systematic sales optimization there with great success. between 2000 and 2008 he was also travelled to Europe for a week every month. In 2009, at the peak of the US real estate crisis, he began to help real estate companies and brokers to successfully master this crisis. Another special feature of Frank Becker is that he not only advises, coaches and trains his clients, he also implements the topics together with you In practice, he even went to a real estate school to get the exam for a real estate license in order to be able to actively support brokers in their work. In 2014 he returned to Germany for family reasons, since then he has been helping companies across Europe and South Africa to gain market share and increase sales. After familiarizing himself with the company and the products, he develops individual concepts tailored to the needs of his clients.
